Annual Exhibition

Our exhibition is open from 27 February to 27 March at the Letchworth Museum. At a Private View on 26 February, Club President Robert Staddon presented prizes to the winners of the Photographer and Photograph of the Year 2009 competitions.

Three Way Battle versus Melbourn & Saffron Walden.

March 4th 2010
This was held at Letchworth. Judge: Ron Tear LRPS, MPAGB, BPE2*, PSA2.
It was won by Saffron Walden with 331 points to Melbourn's 326 and Letchworth's 309.
 
March 6th 2009
This was held at Saffron Walden. Judge: Adrian Stone
It was jointly won by Saffron Walden & Melbourn with 319 points; Letchworth came third with 311.
  		     March 4th 2008
This was held at Letchworth. Judge: Barrie Hatton DPGB.
It was won by Saffron Walden with 304 points to Melbourn's 295 and Letchworth's 282.
 

Melbourn Trophy Competition
December 17th 2009: Second Round.  
Judge: Ron Tear LRPS, MPAGB, BPE2*, PSA2
Result: Swavesey, 453; Letchworth, 439.
October 8th 2008:
First Round.  
Result: Ware, 444; Letchworth, 414.

      October 18th 2007:
First Round.  
Result: Letchworth, 179; Ware, 203.

Three-way Competition versus Biggleswade and Bedford

Judge: Ian Johnson LRPS.
It was won by Biggleswade with 359 points. Second: Bedford, 328 points. Third: Letchworth, 302 points
 

Four Way Battle

November 19th 2009   At Letchworth GCCC   5 prints + 5 images per club

Result: 1: Hertford (191 points); 2: Letchworth (190); 3: Welwyn (186); 4: Stevenage (170)

At Welwyn GC Photographic Club.

Result: 1: Park Street CC (108 Marks) 2: Harpenden PS (107 + tie break);

At Bedford Camera Club.
13  clubs submitted six digital images.
Result: 1: Biggleswade CC (101 marks) 2: Shillington (97); 3: Rushden (92);
8: Letchworth (84).
  		     November 7th 2007
At Kempston Camera Club. 15 clubs.
1: Stevenage CC (108 marks).
10: Letchworth (97).
