Next Meeting: 25th September: Processing and Preparing Images
Whatever your level, you'll get a warm and friendly welcome at our camera club.
We love photography. Many of our members are out taking photos every week if not every day.
We're one of the oldest camera Clubs in the UK. Our first meeting was held in October 1921.
From those who have been taking photos for 60 years or more, to those who only started recently, we're involved in just about every kind of photography.
The LGCCC resumes activities, after our summer break, on Thursday 4th September.
We have a brand new programme with events which we hope will interest and enthuse anyone who is keen to progress their photography. We are keen to welcome new members!
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we'd love to see any Thursday night down at the Settlement in Letchworth.
For more information you can use the Contact Box below or call or text the club Chairman, Garry, on the number at the bottom of this page.
Welcome to Letchworth Garden City camera Club!
We are a group of photography enthusiasts who meet to share and grow our interests in all things photography.
Our weekly meetings are held from September to June. They offer a balanced programme of talks, print and digital image competitions, demonstrations, practical and social evenings. There are opportunities to visit other clubs in the area for competitions. We also hold an annual exhibition when our work is on public display.
We have a wide range of membership from beginners to experienced and semi professional photographers and hope to provide something for everyone.
We have no formal course of instruction, but experienced members are always available to give advice, and we frequently exchange hints and tips.
Please try us for a couple of meetings before you decide to join. Just call us to let us know you'll be popping in.
We meet in the Brunt Room at the Settlement in Nevells Road, on Thursday evenings at 7.45 for 8.0 pm.
